台灣會館的韻律體操舞蹈班於2004年成立，在過去的15年裡，共有200多名女孩加入韻律體操的行列。 我們的使命是幫助每位學生發揮她在舞蹈和韻律體操方面的潛力，並同時提供優良的環境培養韻律體操人才，給孩子們一個快樂學習的地方。
韻律體操為奧林匹克運動會比賽項目之一，是結合了音樂、體操、芭蕾和輕器械操作（包括繩、環、球、棒、和彩帶）的運動。學習韻律體操除了雕塑美的體態外，更可學習尊重、秩序、時間管理、團隊精神與態度。

此外，9月16日韻律體操新學期開課啦！歡迎４歲以上的女孩報名參加，同時我們也提供專業韻律體操比賽訓練課程，學習芭蕾舞、韻律體操技巧及道具的知識與用法。每週提供一到兩次的課程，課程長度為1-2小時，上課日期分別有週二、週四、週五、週六和週日，並在法拉盛、長島小頸(Little Neck)及森林小丘(Forest Hills)共有四個上課地點。

Taiwan Center’s TC Rhythmics & Dance Academy was established in 2004, and in the past 15 years, we have introduced over 200 girls to the sport of rhythmic gymnastics. Our mission is to help each of our students reach her potential in dance and rhythmic gymnastics while having fun in a supportive environment.
Rhythmic gymnastics is an Olympic sport that combines music, gymnastics, ballet, and light apparatus (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon). Learning rhythmic gymnastics, besides developing beautiful body lines and gracefulness, can also acquire necessary life skills such as communication, leadership, cooperation, maturity, teamwork, time management, and organization.
Starting in September this year, for two months, the Taiwan Center is offering free classes for girls who are curious and interested in rhythmic gymnastics. Space is limited so register early. You can register online or by phone: 717-827-6098(English) 718-445-7007 (Chinese).

Also, the new semester of rhythmic gymnastics begins on September 16. We offer two programs: Recreational Rhythmics and Competitive Team. We have four convenient locations located in Flushing, Forest Hills, and Little Neck, and offer classes on almost every day of the week, including weekends.
